Week 1 Stories
Fourteen players are about to embark on a journey. Their first tasks are choosing a bedroom and getting to know each other. Amber, Kaysar, and Diane share room 1, Daniele, Danielle, Matty, and Alison share room 2, Howie, Sheila, Crazy James, James, and George share room 3, and Dick and Karen share room 4. As the houseguests get to know each other, one person stands out from the crowd as an instigator despite his lovable character, George. He easily becomes the stand out person who some people immediately want to leave such as Daniele. She says, “he's the most annoying one here.” A few other people such as James R are happy to have him here since he knows George’s identity. Amber and George hit it off to a great start with George constantly calling Amber seahag. She says, “He's amazingly rude.” George, despite his actions, actually likes Amber. He says, “I will bash her and call her a sea-hag because it's just so much fun, and it's so easy =P. But on the inside, she is the person I like the most right now.”
With the first HOH up for grabs, everyone battled to get it. The challenge was endurance with everyone having to make a post every five minutes. The last player standing would win. George tried to convince the players in chat to agree not to nominate each other, but nominate the two of the five people that didn’t show up, Kaysar, Diane, Howie, Dick, and James R. After a grueling battle, the players dropped one by one leaving Karen and Alison as the last two standing. Alison promised Karen she was safe and promised she would nominate Chicken George even after George made that comment. Karen gave Alison HOH, but with a plan in mind. Karen’s plan was:
“1. Alison saves me
2. She nominates CG and Kaysar
3. CG feels betrayed - and hopefully if he wins immunity, he goes after Alison. If people choose to boot CG, a strong player leaves the game. If CG stays maybee Ali who is another strong player will leave the game!”
Nominations cause an explosive first week
George’s sense of humor had been bugging some of the houseguests, and Howie decided to take a direct approach to the situation by telling Chicken George “craigryan898989: just to tell you your name calling and additude is not appreciated by anyone in this house.” With Chicken George fired up with Howie, he decides to confront other people, but the one person who he visibly irritates is Alison, the current HOH, “SeahagH8rGeorge: howie basically hinted that you hate me… and said the whole house is against me, and named you.” Alison did damage control and said that was a total lie. A deal was also made between the two:
“SeahagH8rGeorge: so alykins
SeahagH8rGeorge: are you gonna put me up if you win this?
SeahagH8rGeorge: I mean were you sorta game for that deal I was talking about..?
Alykins2008: will put up the two who have not checked in
Feeling secure in his position in the house, he soon realized after reading the entire HOH chat, he was in jeopardy. When he confronted Alison again, she told him flat out what was going to happen.
“Alykins2008: and yes I am putting you up , I will be honest about that. You are also right. I will do what I got to do and say what I have to say. I expect anyone to do the same
SeahagH8rGeorge: You put me up
SeahagH8rGeorge: you start a war, period.
Alykins2008: If you trust anyone to far in this game you are stupid
Alykins2008: well then
Alykins2008: war it is”
Not afraid of confronting Alison, he also confronted Matt to a lesser extent.
Following through on what she said, Alison nominated Chicken George, her now archenemy in the house, and Kaysar, the person who has not yet checked in. Directed towards George, Alison said, “You said I was bringing war, well Ive just brought it!”
For this season, everyone will be competing in the veto competitions. For the first competitions, the houseguests have to solve nine jigsaw puzzles and put them in order of which puzzles correspond to the nine seasons of big brother. Amber, Dick, Daniele, James Z, George, and Amber all put great efforts into the challenge. But Dick, the self proclaimed challenge whore, and Daniele had to sign off. Amber, James Z, George, and Amber all got their puzzles completed around the same time, but only one person was able to put them in order the quickest. George won POV after about 1 hour and 20 minutes, ruining Alison’s and most the of the houseguests’ plans.
Cluck you: Chicken George saves himself
With George holding the Golden Power of Veto, he has the power to remove himself from the block, but not before calling out Alison and James Z. George reminds Alison of the promise she made not to nominate him. He also mentions the change in tune both Alison and James Z had towards Chicken George once he left the chat room. Alison retaliates also by bringing in Amber to the equation, saying that Chicken George and Amber are aligned. George brings up the 7 person alliance that Howie created and throws it into Alison’s face. But Alison retaliates that there is no alliance, and that over half the house wanted George out. With Alison highly suspicious of the Amber and George connection, she nominates Amber. However, what Alison doesn’t know is that there is no alliance.
Early Alliances and Strategies
The alliances so early on are starting to become numerous. James Z and Alison have a super-secret final 2 deal to make it to the end. Alison would reveal her identity to some people while James Z would keep it secret. Alison has already aligned herself with Matt, then separately with Danielle and Dick, but Danielle and Dick formed an alliance before pulling in Alison. Karen and Sheila have also formed a secret final 2 deal. Matt thinks his greatest ally could be Sheila and Chicken George also thinks the same. Matt has also tried to align with James R. Howie took a different approach and basically aligned with half the house including Amber, James R, James Z, Matt, Alison, and Sheila. However, everyone is getting fed up with Howie trying to align with everyone and willing to sell anyone out to further himself in the game. His alliance is definitely the weakest of the bunch.
To Be Loyal or to Save Myself: That is the Question.
James Z’s and Alison’s alliance is falling apart before the first eviction already. With Alison being a huge target for the house now, James’s Z closest ally might become his biggest threat in staying in this game. “I have decided that I have to seriously look out for numero ONE and I learned that this last season,” he says. “I am not trusting anyone as far as I can throw them at this point I need to create enough of a safety circle around me so that my ass isnt sent home. I would hate to see Aly go since she is the one person I am being the most honest with and want to go all the way. But if she goes then tough titties I am still staying in and fighting my ass off.”
With Amber now on the block, the house is forced to choose to send home the very personable Amber or the no-show Kaysar. James Z having an advantage of knowing Amber outside the game decided to do damage control. While trying to still be loyal to his best friend in the game, James Z tries to convince Amber that working with him in an alliance and also trying to work with Alison. Being nominated for false accusations, though, has made Amber very pissed at Alison. James is able to convince her to be open to the idea of working with Alison and James Z without stating that he and Alison already have an alliance. George, on the other hand, is still on a high from seeing Amber on the block. “Did I just die and go to heaven? I cannot believe what I just saw!!!” he says. “It would be HILARIOUS if Seahag left this week, but I do not really want that to happen. I think I'll be voting against Kaysar and hopefully making the Sea Hag my actual ally since she can't trust Allison now.” With George and both James Z and Alison vying to make Amber their ally, and Amber having to rethink previous alliances, what will she do? Amber said, “I think I have a real alliance with Ali and Crazy James, and Dick and Danielle (blondie). Which is kind of awkward but with Howie saying he would vote me out and pull in the other James (Smitty) that pisses me off and lets me know that my alliance, already is weak and rattling. Best to jump ship and count on someone else.”
Howie Digs Himself a Hole
Howie tries to bring in Crazy James to Sheila and Matt’s alliance. Matt says, “Howie's really getting a little weird to me. I mean, me and Sheila talked about how it would be wise to keep us being together underwraps, but it looks like Howie is loose-lipped, so i dunno how long this will work out.” Whenever Howie tries to bring in James, Karen, Amber, and Alison, Matt begins to doubt Howie’s loyalty. “He's a really stupid playa,” Matt says.
Matt isn’t the only one fed up with Howie’s alliances. Chicken George has a target on Howie after he confronted George. “Howie can burn in a fire for all I care, he will regret his decision to attack me like he did.” George wanted to win HOH to nominate Howie, but after Alison broke her promise to Chicken George, would George nominate Howie if he won HOH?
Alison regretted her decision to nominate Amber and felt she should’ve nominated Howie. When Chicken George told Alison that Howie named her as the person who hates him, she began to realize that Howie could not be trusted. She said to Danielle, “well I think we got to get rid of howie and quickly because he is spreading shit.”
Danielle also felt Howie needed to go due to his conspiracy theories of Mike (yours truly) being Danielle because Danielle has played past seasons. “I can't believe Howie would go after me in week 1 like that.” Danielle continues, “hopefully I can win HoH and we won't have anything to worry about in the noms department.”
James Z says, “Howie is a idiot.” He also is figuring out Howie is trying to align with everyone. While talking to Amber trying to make amends, he says to her, “my dumb ass went along with Howie.” He continues to tell her, “Howie thinks he is a master but the truth is everyone does want him out though.. I have the im's with more than enough votes to prove it.” With Howie playing all sides and trying to aim for Alison, James’s Ally to leave, James Z has to cut him loose.
Amber also has a vendetta against Howie. When talking to Alison, she mentioned this: “I told [Alison] I wasn't with anyone other then Howie, Crazy James, Matty and Sheila. However she heard from Howie that I was with Matty, Crazy James and Sheila. Hmmm, funny how Howie left himself out. That fucker should be up on the block instead of me.” Her once trusted ally is now no longer her ally.
The question remains is how long will it take for Howie to be evicted. Most people know he is playing all sides, but there are bigger fish to fry. As Alison says, “We can use howie another week or so for now. Right now it is operation take out the chicken man.”
Inactive Kaysar is the first to go
With eviction looming, the houseguests cast their vote to evict either Amber or Kaysar one by one, except for Dick who missed the deadline. Thus, Dick became the week’s third nominee and the houseguests had to revote. All the votes were counted and with 7 votes to evict Kaysar, he was sent packing. Howie, James R, and George all voted to evict George. On a sidenote, Howie and George first voted to evict Kaysar, and James R voted to evict Amber, and Matt changed his vote from Amber to Kaysar.
